My Story
With 15+ years of experience across IT, banking, and consulting, including roles such as Technology Strategist at Microsoft and CIO Advisor at the largest bank in Ukraine, I’ve led and supported large-scale transformations across EMEA, CEE, NA & MEA.
From enterprise architecture and AI implementation to governance, talent development, and cultural renewal, I’ve sat at both the strategy table and the team room.
What sets my work apart is the integration of psychology and systemic thinking - including advanced education in Transactional Analysis, Gestalt in organizations, and certification from the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (London, the UK).
